Add consent checkboxes to the Enquiry form
We can add privacy/marketing consent checkboxes to your website Enquiry form. The visitor’s selections are saved to the contact record, and if they do not agree to marketing, they are added to Unsubscribes.

You can add tick boxes to your website Enquiry form to capture privacy acknowledgement and marketing consent.
What this does
- Displays consent checkboxes on the Enquiry form (e.g., privacy acknowledgement and marketing opt-in).
- Links to your organisation’s privacy policy.
- Records each selection on the contact record.
- If a visitor does not agree to marketing, they are added to Unsubscribes.
What we need from you
- The URL of your privacy policy to link from the form.
- Confirmation of how you want non-consenting contacts handled (e.g., add to Unsubscribes).
- Your preferred checkbox label text (see the India DND/NDNC example below if applicable).
- Confirmation that your Privacy Policy page includes matching consent language (see example below).

When you voluntarily send us electronic mail / fill up the form, we will keep a record of this information so that we can respond to you. We only collect information from you when you register on our site or fill out a form. Also, when filling out a form on our site, you may be asked to enter your: name, e-mail address or phone number. You may, however, visit our site anonymously. In case you have submitted your personal information and contact details, we reserve the rights to Call, SMS, Email or WhatsApp about our products and offers, even if your number has DND activated on it.
Note: Ensure this wording appears on your company’s dedicated Privacy Policy page, and remove the word “Promotional” if it appears, as it is not in line with the stated guidelines.
How to request it
Contact Support and ask to add consent checkboxes to your Enquiry form. Include your privacy policy URL, your desired consent handling, and the checkbox label text you want us to use (e.g., the India DND/NDNC wording above). Confirm that your Privacy Policy page contains the matching consent language.
