Network Store Basics
Reading the Network Store dashboard
The five tiles that tell you what needs attention today, and what to do about each.
Last updated September 2, 2026
The dashboard is the first screen in the store and it is built as a work queue rather than a summary. Five tiles across the top each answer "is there anything I need to do?", and each one is clickable through to the list behind it.
The five tiles
| Tile | What it counts | What to do |
|---|---|---|
| Changes to action | Seat changes waiting on you. | Work them, or they hold up a tribe. |
| Orders to fulfil | Orders not yet completed. | Your delivery queue. If it only grows, fulfilment is behind. |
| Failed payments | Charges that did not go through. | Usually a dead card. Send a card request. |
| Will be billed, no card | Tribes due to renew with no payment method saved. | The most valuable tile. Fix these before the renewal date, not after. |
| Renewals in 7 days | Subscriptions billing this week. | A heads-up. Cross-check against the tile above. |
THE ONE TO WATCH
"Will be billed, no card" is the only tile that predicts a problem instead of reporting one. Everything on it is a renewal that is going to fail unless somebody acts first.
Below the tiles
- Top products — quantity sold and revenue. Useful for spotting what the network actually wants, and what is not worth keeping in the catalogue.
- Recent transactions — the latest money movements with their status, so a run of failures is visible immediately.
Copy Share Link
The button at the top copies a direct link to the storefront. Use it when announcing the store or a new product, so tribes land on the shop rather than hunting through menus.
THE LINK IS NOT A LOGIN
A five-minute routine
- Clear "Will be billed, no card" — send card requests.
- Work "Failed payments" — the same fix usually applies.
- Action any seat changes waiting on you.
- Glance at "Orders to fulfil" and make sure it is not growing week on week.
