CRM Call Lists

Sharing a call list with other tribes

Organisation-level lists, sharing with all tribes or a chosen few, and what each tribe sees.

Last updated September 2, 2026

A call list normally belongs to the tribe that built it. A list created at organisation level can be shared out, so head office can run a campaign across the network without rebuilding it in every tribe.

The sharing options

OptionWho gets it
Not sharedOnly where it was created.
Share with all tribesEvery tribe in the organisation.
Share with selected tribesOnly the tribes you pick.

A shared list is marked as shared by the organisation where a tribe sees it, so a rep knows the campaign came from head office rather than from their own manager.

What a tribe actually works

A tribe works the leads that belong to it. Sharing the list does not hand another tribe your contacts — it hands them the campaign, against their own people.

Running a network campaign well

  1. Create the list at organisation level and name it so every tribe knows what it is.
  2. Write the purpose in the description — reps in another tribe have no context otherwise.
  3. Share it with the tribes that are taking part, not all of them by default.
  4. Watch the outcomes by rep to see which tribes are actually working it.
