Enabling Agentic CRM for every tribe
How an organisation switches the add-on on for all of its tribes at the discounted rate, what it is billed, and what happens to tribes already paying.

An organisation can take Agentic CRM for every one of its tribes in one step. Every tribe then has sequences, the organisation carries one line on its own invoice, and each tribe costs 30% less than it would paying on its own. A user who can edit the organisation's billing settings does this from the organisation's CRM.
Switching it on
- Open the organisation's CRM and select Sequences in the menu.
- At the top of the page, the Agentic CRM for every tribe card shows the per-tribe rate, how many active tribes you have today, and what that comes to for the month.
- Select Enable for all tribes and confirm.
What you are billed
You are billed $35 for each active tribe at the end of every month, on the organisation's invoice, as one line that names the number of tribes. A tribe counts as active when its status is Active or Opening Soon at the time the month is billed, so tribes that open later are included automatically and tribes that close drop out. It is all or nothing: the organisation pays for every active tribe, not only the ones that use sequences that month.

Tribes already paying on their own
The card shows how many tribes currently hold the package themselves. From the month you enable it for the organisation, those tribes are covered by the organisation and are not billed their own $50 for that month or any month after, so nobody pays twice. Their own package simply stops being charged; they do not need to cancel anything.
Stopping
Select Stop for all tribes on the same card. The organisation-wide package runs to the end of the current month and that month is billed. From the following month each tribe is back to activating it for itself at the full rate, and any sequences still running in a tribe without the package are paused. Select Keep it running before the month ends to withdraw the cancellation.
