Turn off what you do not use

A business that does not link images to products should turn the product and range folders off. Empty folder views make a healthy library look neglected and give people three places to look instead of one.

Decide sharing and approval together

The two go hand in hand. Letting tribes share their photography is what makes a network library rich; approval is how you keep it on brand. Turning sharing on without approval is a choice, and a reasonable one — as long as it is a decision rather than an oversight.

THESE APPLY TO EVERY TRIBE AT ONCE
Switching approval on turns it on network-wide, and every image waiting for review is invisible until someone reviews it. Make sure the reviewer knows before you switch it on.
