Managing Tribes
A tribe's access level: Full and Restricted
The setting that decides how much of Gorilla Dash a tribe gets — and that starts its monthly charge.

Every tribe has an Access Level — Full Access or Restricted Access — set in its Tribe Settings. This is the tribe's own access, not a person's: a tribe administrator has a separate Full or Restricted setting of their own. It is a small radio button with a large consequence.

Full Access is the billable one
When Restricted is the right answer
- A tribe that exists only so it appears on your website and in your store locator.
- A tribe owned by somebody who does not use Gorilla Dash.
- A place being set up long before it opens.
Restricted tribes still appear publicly and still receive enquiries — they simply have no working access to the product.
It works alongside the status
Status and access level both feed billing. A tribe bills when it is Active or Opening Soon and on Full Access — or where it has recorded real activity during the period. Paused, Testing and Deleted tribes do not bill whatever their access level.
Auditing what you are paying for
The tribe list has an Access column, and Tribe Settings keeps a View Access Change Log panel recording every change with the date and who made it. If a charge is queried, that log is the answer.
