The leader board, the stats tab, and the analytics that tell you whether entrants ever bought anything.

Last updated September 2, 2026

Entries are the easy number. The interesting question is whether the competition brought you people who were not already customers, and whether they went on to spend.

Tribe Leader Board

Entries by tribe, so you can see which tribes actually promoted it. Entries where nobody picked a tribe are grouped as Direct. A tribe at the bottom of this table did not run the competition, whatever they told you.

Stats

A breakdown of the answers to your entry questions — but only for the fields you ticked Chart on when you built the form. If this tab says No stats available, that is why.

Analytics

PanelWhat it tells you
Entries / New PeopleHow many entrants were new contacts rather than people you already had.
Non CustomersEntries with no previous estimates or sales — the genuinely new audience.
Pre Entry TransactionsWhat entrants had bought from you before.
Post Entry TransactionsWhat they bought afterwards. This is the return on the competition.
Post Entry Calls & EnquiriesWhether entrants came back and made contact.
THE NUMBER THAT MATTERS
Non Customers who show up in Post Entry Transactions are people the competition genuinely won you. Compare that against the prize cost and you know whether to run it again.

Analytics take up to a week to appear

THE FIGURES ARE REBUILT ON SATURDAYS
Every pre- and post-entry transaction figure is calculated by a weekly job. A competition that closed on Monday shows zeros in these panels until the following weekend. That is normal — do not conclude the competition produced nothing.

The entries chart

The Promotions dashboard shows Recent Promotion Entries over time, which is the quickest way to see whether a push — an email campaign, a social post, a radio ad — actually moved entries.
