Sale Products and Sale Order Products — grouping by product, exporting, and why the totals are lower than the dashboard.

Last updated September 2, 2026

Two reports look at the line items rather than the orders. Sale Products summarises by product; Sale Order Products lists every line individually.

Sale Products

Group by Product Name, Product ID or Master ID and you get units sold, orders, average price and total sales for each. Expand a row to see the individual sales behind it. Filter by date, platform and — at organisation level — tribe.

Group by product name to see what sells; group by an identifier when the same product is named inconsistently across tribes.

Sale Order Products

The same data one line at a time, or grouped by Tribe, Platform or Day. Use it when you need the detail behind a summary figure.

The totals will be lower than elsewhere

THESE REPORTS ARE STRICTER THAN THE TRANSACTIONS LIST
They count only orders that reached the sale stage, on their sale date, and they exclude voided orders and any transaction you have ignored. The Transactions list applies none of that. The two are not meant to reconcile, and the product reports are the cleaner number for "what did we actually sell".

Exporting

Both export to a spreadsheet. A grouped export has no size limit; a flat export of individual lines is capped, and you will be asked to narrow the date range or filters if you exceed it. Group the report or shorten the period.

Sharing a filtered view

The filters live in the web address, so you can send somebody a link to exactly what you are looking at. Some filters do not exist at both organisation and tribe level — where that happens you are told the link's filters have been reset rather than being shown the wrong numbers.
