Can't connect Instagram or LinkedIn to Gorilla Dash

If Instagram or LinkedIn won’t connect, first confirm you have the right page/admin permissions and that Instagram is linked to Facebook. Then refresh your connections and try adding the pages again.

Check permissions and account links

Instagram

Ensure your Facebook profile has the required permissions to access the Instagram business account, and that the Facebook and Instagram accounts are linked.

Ensure your LinkedIn profile has the required permissions to access the LinkedIn business (Company) page.

Refresh your social connections

Go to My Account → Social Media and refresh your Facebook and LinkedIn connections.

Connect the pages in your tribe

In your tribe, go to Social Media → Connections and try adding your Instagram and LinkedIn pages again.

Still not connecting?

Re-check that your profiles have the required permissions and that Facebook and Instagram are linked, then try again.
If you’re still unable to connect, contact support with details of the page you’re trying to connect and any on-screen errors.
