Open any row on the Franchisees list to reach the profile. The header shows the person's name, their status chip, email, mobile, where they are based and when they were added, with Open a deal and Edit on the right.

Status

StatusMeaning
CandidateAt least one deal is being worked, or none has been opened yet.
FranchiseeA deal has been signed. Set automatically the moment a deal reaches a Signed stage.
Former franchiseeThey have left the network. Set by hand from Edit.
LostTheir only deal was closed as lost. Reopening a deal puts them back to Candidate.

The cards

  • Deals lists every deal for this person — open, signed and lost — with its territory, days in the current stage and a stage chip. Click one to open the deal page.
  • Activity is the timeline: calls, notes and meetings you log, plus everything the system records such as stage moves and completed tasks. Log a note directly from the box at the top.
  • Tasks shows open tasks for this person with a quick add and a tick to complete. Turn on Show completed to see finished ones.
  • Details shows the owner, source, preferred contact, address and notes.
  • Tribes owned appears once the franchisee is linked to one or more tribes, with their role at each and a Former marker for the ones they no longer hold.

Editing

Edit opens the same form as adding a candidate, plus the Status field. Use it to correct details, change the owner or mark someone as a former franchisee. The Delete button at the bottom left removes the person and every deal, task and activity attached to them after a confirmation — it cannot be undone, so prefer marking them Lost or Former.
