Filtering by platform, rating and tribe, and the order to deal with reviews in.

Last updated September 2, 2026

The review list gathers everything from every connected platform. In a network it covers every tribe, so head office can see the whole picture and a tribe sees their own.

Filtering

  • Platform — all, or one.
  • Rating — highest or lowest rated first.
  • Sentiment — positive or negative.
  • Tribe — one location, or all of them.
  • Status — including replied and unreplied.

The order to work in

  1. Negative and unanswered, today. This is the only genuinely urgent category.
  2. Positive and unanswered — a short thank you is worth more than people think, and it is visible to everyone reading.
  3. Anything mentioning a specific problem, which is a job for somebody other than whoever replies.

Exporting

Reviews can be downloaded as a spreadsheet — useful for a quarterly read-through, or for pulling quotes for marketing where the platform allows it.

REPLY TO EVERYTHING, QUICKLY
The reply is not for the reviewer. It is for the next person reading, who is deciding whether to call you — and an unanswered complaint reads far worse than an answered one.
