You can add tick boxes to your website Enquiry form to capture privacy acknowledgement and marketing consent.
What this does
- Displays consent checkboxes on the Enquiry form (e.g., privacy acknowledgement and marketing opt-in).
- Links to your organisation’s privacy policy.
- Records each selection on the contact record.
- If a visitor does not agree to marketing, they are added to Unsubscribes.
What we need from you
- The URL of your privacy policy to link from the form.
- Confirmation of how you want non-consenting contacts handled (e.g., add to Unsubscribes).
