Getting Reviews
Review QR codes and the review page
Getting reviews from people in front of you, using a QR code and your own review page.
Last updated September 2, 2026
Not every review comes from an email. A QR code puts the request in front of somebody who is standing in your shop or holding your invoice.
The QR code
Each tribe has a review QR code to download and print. Put it where a happy customer is already looking — the counter, the invoice, the back of a business card, the van.
The review page path
The QR code and the request emails point at your review page. Its path can be set, so the address reads sensibly if you ever say it out loud or print it.
Making it work
- Ask at the right moment — right after the thing went well, not a week later.
- Have somebody ask out loud. "Would you mind leaving us a review? Just scan that" converts many times better than a code sitting silently on a counter.
- Test the code with a phone before printing five hundred of them.
