Pushing a campaign to your tribes
Building one campaign centrally and letting every tribe send it to their own customers.
Last updated September 2, 2026
Head office writes one campaign; every tribe sends it to their own customers, from their own name. Push Campaign To Tribes is how — the alternative is forty tribes each rebuilding the same email.
How it works
- Build the campaign at organisation level and get it right.
- Choose Push To Tribes and select the tribes.
- Write a message to tribes — what this is, and what you want them to do with it.
- Each tribe gets its own copy of the campaign, against its own customers.
Write the message to tribes properly
It is the only context a tribe gets. Say what the campaign is, when you would like it sent, and whether they may change it. Two sentences turn a mysterious draft into something people act on.
Getting it right first
Fix everything before pushing. Once copies are with the tribes, a correction means going round every tribe — so test, read it on a phone, and check the links before you push, not after.
