Skip automated payment attempts when no card is on file
Seeing automatic payment attempts go to Stripe even when no card is saved? Use the Billing admin setting to skip attempts when there’s no card on file.

Overview
If you want Gorilla Dash to avoid sending automatic payment attempts to Stripe for accounts without a saved card, enable the setting to skip when no card is on file.
Enable skipping when no card is on file
- Go to Billing.
- Open Admin settings.
- Turn on Skip if no card.
What this setting does
When enabled, Gorilla Dash will not send an automated charge to Stripe for accounts that don’t have a saved payment card. Once a card is added, automatic attempts resume as normal.
