How to update the acknowledgement email, internal notification, and thank you page for your Enquiry form, including switching the form language to German. Be sure to keep the merge fields in curly brackets avoid changing the Details or Advanced tabs.

Overview

Use the Enquiry form editor to update the user acknowledgement email, the team notification email, and the thank you page message. If you need German, you can set the form language to German.

Steps

  1. From the Enquiries menu, select the Signarama Inquiry Form.
  2. Click the pencil icon and choose Edit Inquiry Form.
  3. Important: In the form editor, do not edit anything on the Details or Advanced tabs.
  4. Change the Language to German.
  5. Open the Email notifications tab and edit the emails (user acknowledgement and team notification) as needed.
  6. Open the Thank you page tab and edit the thank you message.
  7. Important: Keep the fields in curly brackets. These dynamically insert the correct location information, which is essential if you have multiple locations.
  8. Save your changes.
  9. Submit a test enquiry to confirm everything looks and behaves correctly.
