Inclusions — what a package entitles somebody to

Recording the benefits attached to a package, and adding extras to one member.

Last updated September 2, 2026

An inclusion is a benefit that comes with a package — so many hours of support, so many listings, a quarterly review, an allocation of something. Build them under Inclusions, then attach them to packages.

Frequency, quantity and accumulation

When an inclusion is attached to a package you say how many, how often, and whether unused amounts accumulate. Accumulating means an unused entitlement rolls forward instead of expiring at the end of the period.

Extras for one member

The Extra Inclusions tab on a member records benefits that person has on top of their package — something negotiated, or a goodwill addition. They belong to that member only and do not change the package.

Inclusions are a record, not an enforcement

NOTHING IS AUTOMATICALLY METERED AGAINST AN INCLUSION
Recording that a package includes four support hours a month does not stop anybody using five, and does not bill for the extra. Inclusions document the deal so your team and the member can see it. Anything you want charged has to be raised as a charge.
