Reaching the Network
Special offers and endorsements
Offers negotiated for the network, endorsements from tribes who use you, and how both drive enquiries.

A directory listing says you exist. An offer gives a tribe a reason to act this week, and an endorsement tells them somebody like them already did.
Special offers
An offer is a deal for this network specifically — a discount, better terms, free installation, a bundled service. It appears on your listing where tribes are already looking.
- Make it genuinely network-only. An offer available on your website to anybody is not an offer, and tribes notice.
- Put a deadline on it. Open-ended offers get read and forgotten.
- Say how to claim it — a code, a contact, a mention of the network.
- Retire it when it ends. An expired offer still on a listing costs you the next enquiry.
Endorsements
Endorsements are what other people in the network say about working with you. In a franchise network this carries far more weight than anything you write yourself — tribes trust other tribes.
Ask for one after a job has gone well, while the customer is still pleased. Almost nobody asks, which is why almost nobody has any.
