Saving a list you use every day
Saved views: keeping a filtered list so you never rebuild it, and sharing it with the rest of the team.

Most people work the same two or three lists all week — my open leads, this month's deals, everything nobody has touched in a fortnight. A saved view keeps that list so you stop rebuilding it every morning.
Saving one
- Filter and sort the list until it shows exactly what you want.
- Open the Views menu above the list and choose Save current view.
- Give it a name you will recognise in a hurry — "My open leads" beats "View 2".
- Save. The view now sits in that menu and one click puts the list back.
Views can be saved on contacts, companies, tasks and opportunities. Each list keeps its own set, so a view saved on contacts does not clutter the companies menu.
Sharing a view
Share with everyone here makes the view available to everyone else working in the same place, marked as shared in the menu. It is the quickest way to get a team looking at the same list — "work the shared Overdue Follow-ups view" beats describing six filters.
Tidying up
Delete a view from the same menu. Deleting one removes the saved filter and nothing else — no record is touched.
