Custom Dashboards
Custom Dashboards
Comparing your tribes at a glance: scoping a dashboard to tribe groups and choosing its widgets.
Last updated September 2, 2026
Custom Dashboards answer a different question from Reports. Reports tell you how many leads you got over time; a dashboard tells you which of your tribes are winning and which need attention, right now.
Creating one
Press New Dashboard, give it a name and a description, then scope it — by Tribe Groups, by Individual Tribes, or both. Choosing a group includes every group beneath it, so picking a region brings in all its sub-regions and their tribes.
Choosing widgets
A new dashboard arrives with every widget switched on, so the job is pruning rather than adding. Open Dashboard Settings, untick what you do not want, drag the rest into order, and set each to full or half width.
The widgets worth having
| Widget | What it gives you |
|---|---|
| KPI Summary | Sales, enquiries and review rating for the whole group, with the change on last year. |
| Tribe Results | The full sortable table — every tribe, every metric. The workhorse. |
| Sales Growth Ranking | Every tribe ranked by growth. Green up, red down. |
| New Customer Call Rating | How well each tribe handles calls from potential customers, with a link to listen. |
| Open Support Tickets | Tribes with unresolved tickets and how long the oldest has waited. |
| Recent Reviews | The latest reviews in full, so you can read them. |
The ranking charts are clickable — click a bar and you land on that tribe's sales, enquiries or reviews.
Everybody can see every dashboard
Dashboards belong to the organisation, not to the person who made them. Anybody with permission to view custom dashboards sees all of them, so name them clearly and do not treat one as private.
On your main dashboard
Your organisation dashboard has a selector listing every custom dashboard. Choosing one replaces the default view, and the choice is remembered for you. You can also share a link that opens straight into a particular dashboard.
Deleting
The delete button sits on the list page with no intermediate screen, and it takes the dashboard and its widgets permanently.
