Vouchers let you sell a package at a concession without creating a second package for every deal you do. Build them under Vouchers.
What a voucher can do
- No Joining Fee — waive the setup charge.
- Free Trial Period — a period at no cost before billing starts.
- Discounted Membership — a reduced amount for a set period, or ongoing.
One code or many
Choose Single voucher code for a campaign code everyone uses, or Unique code for each customer when you need to track who redeemed what. With unique codes, Generate Code mints one at a time and can record the person or business it was issued to and an expiry date.
Applying one to a member
On the member, use Add Voucher, enter the code, and choose Apply at start of membership or Apply today. A bad code is refused with Invalid Code. Applied vouchers show on the Transactions tab with their start, end and discount, and an open-ended one is marked Ongoing.
Restricting a voucher
A voucher can be tied to specific Membership Packages and given a quantity and a valid period, so a launch offer cannot be used on the wrong product or after it has closed.
