CRM Call Lists
Call outcomes and what each one does
Every outcome on the call screen, what it does to the lead, and which ones expect a follow-up.

Recording an outcome is one click and it is what makes the whole list measurable. Every number you get at the end is built from them.
The outcomes
| Outcome | Means | What follows |
|---|---|---|
| Connected | You spoke to them. | Counts as a real conversation in the numbers. |
| Interested | They want to take it further. | Book the next step before you leave the screen. |
| Call back at | They asked you to ring another time. | Books the callback — in an hour, in a couple of days, next week, or a date you pick. |
| Meeting at | You agreed to meet. | Books it on the calendar against the contact. |
| Not interested | A no, for now. | The lead comes off the working queue; the record and history stay. |
| Do not call | They asked not to be contacted. | Respect it permanently — do not put them on the next list. |
Not interested is not the same as do not call

Say what happened
The outcome is the category; the note is the substance. "Not interested — just signed with someone else, contract up in September" is worth ten times a bare outcome, and it is exactly what makes the next campaign work.
