Our Work is where you publish the jobs you are proud of — a photo, a few paragraphs about what you did, and the client's name if they are happy for you to use it.
A tribe is one location, branch or business unit inside your organisation — the word Gorilla Dash uses on every screen.
Tribes can write their own
That is the point of the module. A tribe that has just finished something impressive can post it themselves, from a desk or from the mobile app, without going through head office.
Where a post ends up
- On your website — the organisation's and the tribe's own page.
- In the Weekly Digest, pulled in automatically so the network sees what other tribes are doing.
- As a social media post, with one button to turn it into a scheduled post.
- As chatbot knowledge, so your website assistant can talk about real jobs.
Post statistics
The dashboard breaks published, draft, pending and deleted posts down by tribe — the quickest way to see which tribes are contributing and which have never posted.
Approval
If you want to check posts before they reach the digest, switch on approval in the digest settings. That adds a Work Post Approval screen where you preview each one and approve or reject it. It does not stop a post appearing on the website — only in the digest.
