Cash position — overdue and coming due

What is late, what is about to be billed, and how much of it will not collect on its own.

Last updated September 2, 2026

Two tabs answering two different questions: what have we failed to collect, and what is about to fall due.

Overdue

Debt in ageing buckets — Current, 1-30 days, 31-60, 61-90 and 91+ days. A balance heavy in the last bucket is a collection problem, not a timing one.

HOW AGE IS MEASURED
The ledger has no due dates, so "days overdue" means how long the oldest unpaid charge has been open — not how late it is against your payment terms. A member on 30-day terms is not late on day 31 by this measure; they are 31 days old.

Coming due

What is scheduled over the next 30, 60 and 90 days. This is your forward cash view, and it is more honest than MRR because it is built from real billing dates.

MONEY THAT WILL NOT COLLECT AUTOMATICALLY
The tab warns you how much of the coming amount will not collect on its own — no card on file, or automatic payments switched off. That is money you have already earned and are about to have to chase by hand. Fix those members before the dates arrive, not after.

A note on freshness

Coming Due reads each membership's stored next billing date, which is refreshed overnight. A membership you edited an hour ago may show its previous date until tomorrow.
