Choosing what feeds your headline graphs

Which platforms count towards the main numbers, and the one that is excluded by default.

Last updated September 2, 2026

Sales → Reporting Settings on your organisation does two things: it picks the dashboard layout for your kind of business, and it decides which connected platforms count towards the headline sales graphs.

In main graphs

Every connected platform has a switch. Turning one off does not hide its data — its orders still appear in Transactions, Sale Products and the detailed reports. It simply stops them counting towards the headline figures on the home page and the dashboards.

WHEN TO EXCLUDE A PLATFORM
A newly connected system you are still verifying, a platform that double-counts orders another one already reports, or a trial connection. Exclude it, satisfy yourself the data is right, then switch it on.

ezCater starts excluded

THIS IS THE MOST COMMON "THE REPORTS DISAGREE" CAUSE
ezCater is deliberately left out of the headline graphs until somebody confirms its figures. Until you switch it on, its orders appear in every detailed report while the dashboard behaves as though they do not exist. If a tribe insists it sold more than the dashboard shows, check this screen first.

Changes are not instant

Saving tells you the main graphs will recalculate on the next run — that is overnight. The detailed reports change straight away, so for a few hours the two will disagree by design.

The report layout

The Sales report design setting decides which dashboard your network gets — the standard one, the food brand one built around trading patterns, or the agent layout. It changes the menu as well as the dashboard, so items appear and disappear when you change it.

If nothing is listed

Platforms appear here once one is connected to a tribe. An empty screen means no sales integration exists yet.
