CRM Call Lists
Call list results
What each figure on a call list counts, reading them by rep, and the ratios worth watching.
Last updated September 2, 2026
Every call list keeps score. The figures are only as good as the outcomes people record, which is the real reason recording them matters.
| Figure | Counts |
|---|---|
| Calls made | Every call logged against the list. |
| Connected | Calls where you actually spoke to someone. |
| Callbacks booked | Calls that ended with an agreed time to ring again. |
| Meetings booked | Calls that ended with a meeting in the diary. |
| Not interested | Clear noes. |
The ratios that matter
- Connected against calls made. A low rate is usually a data problem — wrong numbers, or calling at the wrong time of day.
- Meetings against connected. This is the conversation, not the list. It says whether the pitch is working.
- Not interested against connected. A very high rate means the list is wrong for the offer, not that the reps are bad at calling.
By rep
Results can be broken down by rep. Use it to find what the best caller is doing differently, not only to see who has made the most calls — the person with the fewest calls and the most meetings is usually the one worth listening to.
A LIST WITH NO OUTCOMES IS NOT A QUIET LIST
If a list shows no calls logged for a period, the usual explanation is that reps are calling and not recording, not that nobody called.
