The Vendor Profile
Locations and the contact directory
Where you operate and who to ask — the two things a tribe needs before they can buy anything.

A listing that a tribe cannot act on is a listing that produces no business. Locations say where you can serve; contacts say who to ring.
Locations
Add the places you operate from or serve. In a national network this is what tells a tribe in one region whether you are relevant to them at all — and it saves you fielding enquiries from three hundred miles outside your area.
The contact directory
List real people with their role, email address and phone number. A generic info@ address is the slowest possible route into your business and the most common reason a keen tribe goes elsewhere.
- Name who handles new enquiries.
- Name who handles support for existing customers — they are rarely the same person.
- Where you serve several regions, say which contact covers which.
