The enquiries dashboard
Volume, map, time to enquiry and tribe trending — what each tells you and what to do about it.
Last updated September 2, 2026
The dashboard is the health of your lead flow: how many are coming in, from where, and whether that is better or worse than it was.
| Panel | Tells you |
|---|---|
| Enquiries graph | Volume over time. The shape matters more than any single week. |
| Enquiries map | Where geographically they are coming from — and where they are not. |
| Calculated source | Which channels are producing. |
| Estimates and sales | What the enquiries were worth. |
| Time to enquiry | How long people spend before getting in touch. |
Tribe trending
Tribe trending compares each location month-to-date against the same month last year. In a network that is the most useful single view there is: it separates a tribe having a bad month from a whole market having one.
What to act on
- Volume falling across every tribe — something upstream: advertising, a website change, seasonality.
- One tribe falling — local, and worth a conversation with them.
- Volume steady, sales falling — the leads are fine and the handling is not.
- A source that stopped — a campaign ended, or a link lost its tracking.
Reports can be generated as a PDF for a tribe or a user, which is the easy way to take these numbers into a meeting.
