The dashboard is the health of your lead flow: how many are coming in, from where, and whether that is better or worse than it was.

Tribe trending

Tribe trending compares each location month-to-date against the same month last year. In a network that is the most useful single view there is: it separates a tribe having a bad month from a whole market having one.

What to act on

  • Volume falling across every tribe — something upstream: advertising, a website change, seasonality.
  • One tribe falling — local, and worth a conversation with them.
  • Volume steady, sales falling — the leads are fine and the handling is not.
  • A source that stopped — a campaign ended, or a link lost its tracking.

Reports can be generated as a PDF for a tribe or a user, which is the easy way to take these numbers into a meeting.
