Adding and removing the cards saved against your account, and what they are used for.

Last updated September 2, 2026

Payment methods saved against your account are used when you buy through Gorilla Dash — a store order, a subscription. They are stored with the payment provider, not in Gorilla Dash, so nobody here can read your card number.

Adding a card

Open My Account → payment methods and add one. The card details are entered on the payment provider's own secure form; Gorilla Dash keeps only enough to show you which card it is — the type and the last few digits.

Removing one

CHECK WHAT IT IS PAYING FOR FIRST
A card removed while it is the payment method on a live subscription means the next payment fails. Add the replacement first, make sure it is the one being used, then remove the old one.

A card that keeps being declined

  • Check the expiry date — a renewed card has a new number as far as the provider is concerned.
  • Some banks block recurring or international payments by default; a quick call usually clears it.
  • If the card has been replaced after fraud, add the new one rather than retrying the old.
