The Memberships menu is long because the module covers selling, collecting and reporting. Here is what each item is actually for.

Day to day

ScreenUse it to
Membership DashboardSee the headline numbers and the Needs attention strip.
Members / SubscribersFind a member, create one, check who is on automatic payment.
Accounts ReceivableSee who owes money and how long it has been owed.
All TransactionsEvery ledger row across the organisation.
Card TransactionsJust the card activity.
Stripe Payments To ReviewPayments taken in Stripe that could not be matched to a member.

Setting up what you sell

PackagesBuild the products, their price bands and their terms.
InclusionsDefine what a package entitles somebody to.
VouchersCreate discount and free-trial codes.

The member record itself

Opening a member gives you tabs for Packages, Extra Inclusions, Transactions, Stripe Transactions and Payment Methods. Nearly everything you will do to one member happens on those five tabs.
