Reviewing images before they reach the network, and deciding whether your organisation needs it at all.

With the approval process enabled, images are reviewed before they count as part of the library. Each one is approved or disapproved, and the library records who did it and when.
When it is worth having

Running it well
- Name who reviews, and a second person for when they are away.
- Review on a schedule people can rely on — daily is ideal, weekly is workable, "when we get to it" is not.
- Say why when you disapprove. An uploader who is told nothing uploads the same thing again.
AN UNWORKED QUEUE IS WORSE THAN NO APPROVAL
Tribes stop uploading when their photos sit unreviewed for weeks, and you lose the local photography that made the library worth sharing. Only switch it on if somebody genuinely owns the review.
