What Gorilla Dash charges you for
Your subscription, what counts as a billable tribe, and the usage that is charged on top.

Your bill has two parts: a subscription, which is predictable, and metered usage, which depends on what you actually used.
A tribe is one location, branch or business unit inside your organisation — the word Gorilla Dash uses on every screen.
The subscription
A core amount for the organisation, plus an amount per billable tribe. The invoice line spells it out — the package, the period, the core amount, and the number of tribes at the per-tribe rate.
What makes a tribe billable
Two things have to be true. The tribe's status must be Active or Opening Soon, and then either:
- its access level is Full Access — it counts, whether anybody used it or not; or
- it is on Restricted Access but somebody actually used it during the period.
Paused, Testing and Deleted tribes never bill. The quickest audit is the Access column on your tribe list.
Metered usage
Things you consume rather than subscribe to — text messages, emails beyond your allowance, AI, phone number rental, store orders, contact lookups. Each has a published rate and appears as its own invoice line naming the item, the month and the quantity.
Tribes have their own bills
A tribe can have its own balance, invoices, payment methods and settings, entirely separate from the organisation's. Which of you pays for what is controlled by the charge arrangements on the Metered Usage screen.
Everything is in US dollars
Charges, invoices and rates are all USD, excluding any local taxes. Any written agreement you have with Gorilla Dash replaces the standard published prices.
