Connecting tribes to a store
Deciding which tribes sell through a store, what an organisation store means, and why a tribe with no payment provider cannot take orders.

An order has to end up with somebody who will make and deliver it. Connecting tribes to a store is how you say who that can be. Open the store and go to its Tribes tab.
Choose the tribes that sell through this store and save. An order placed in the store is then attributed to one of them, and appears in that tribe's sales figures rather than sitting unattached at organisation level. The tribe checkboxes are unavailable while Organisation Store is ticked, because the two are alternatives: a store either belongs to head office or is fulfilled by tribes.
Organisation Store
Marking a store as the Organisation Store says that head office runs it, rather than any individual tribe. Use it for the shop that represents the brand as a whole — the one a customer reaches from the main website, before they have chosen a tribe store.
A network usually has one organisation store and, where tribe stores are enabled, a number of tribe stores alongside it.
Tribes that cannot take an order
The Tribes tab shows No Payment Provider against any tribe that has none set up. This matters only where your organisation has switched on individual tribe payment gateways: in that arrangement each tribe takes its own payments, so a tribe without a provider has no way to be paid and cannot complete a sale.
The fix is on that tribe's own Payment Providers screen, reached from the tribe menu. If your network takes payment centrally instead, the warning can be ignored — the organisation's provider handles every order.
