Project files
Attaching documents to a project so the team works from one copy.

Upload files to attach them to a project — a brief, a specification, artwork, a signed quote. Everyone on the project can download them, which is the point: one copy, in the place the work is discussed.
What belongs here
- The brief and anything agreed with the customer.
- Specifications, plans and drawings.
- Anything a new person joining would need to read.
Brand artwork and photography belong in the Media Library instead — it is built for images and everything else in Gorilla Dash can use them from there.
Versions
NAME THE FILE SO PEOPLE KNOW WHICH IS CURRENT
Three files called "brief" is the same problem as three copies in an inbox. Put the date or a version in the name, and remove the ones that no longer apply so nobody works from the wrong one.
Who can see them
Everyone on the project, including external contributors. Think about that before uploading anything with your costs or margins in it — an agency on the project can open it.
