The organisation and tribe settings behind reviews, including Yelp syncing and the AI reply prompt.

Last updated September 2, 2026

Review settings exist at organisation level and at tribe level, so head office can set the approach and a location can differ where it genuinely needs to.

SettingWhat it controls
Automated reviewsWhether requests go out after a completed order.
Request platformsWhere customers are sent to review.
Maximum order ageHow old a job can be and still trigger a request.
Request review buttonWhether your team can send one by hand.
Review page pathThe address of your review page.
Yelp syncWhether Yelp reviews are pulled in, and how often.
AI promptThe instructions behind generated replies.

The AI prompt

Editing the prompt is how generated replies stop sounding generic. Tell it how your business talks, what to always include — an invitation to get in touch directly, for instance — and what never to say.

Yelp sync frequency

Yelp reviews are pulled on a schedule rather than instantly. Set a frequency that matches how much Yelp matters to your trade — daily is plenty for most businesses.

DECIDE ONCE, NETWORK-WIDE
Review requests are a customer-facing habit, and a network where half the tribes ask and half do not produces a league table that measures configuration rather than service. Set the organisation defaults deliberately and let tribes differ only for a reason.
