Review Reporting
Review settings
The organisation and tribe settings behind reviews, including Yelp syncing and the AI reply prompt.
Last updated September 2, 2026
Review settings exist at organisation level and at tribe level, so head office can set the approach and a location can differ where it genuinely needs to.
| Setting | What it controls |
|---|---|
| Automated reviews | Whether requests go out after a completed order. |
| Request platforms | Where customers are sent to review. |
| Maximum order age | How old a job can be and still trigger a request. |
| Request review button | Whether your team can send one by hand. |
| Review page path | The address of your review page. |
| Yelp sync | Whether Yelp reviews are pulled in, and how often. |
| AI prompt | The instructions behind generated replies. |
The AI prompt
Editing the prompt is how generated replies stop sounding generic. Tell it how your business talks, what to always include — an invitation to get in touch directly, for instance — and what never to say.
Yelp sync frequency
Yelp reviews are pulled on a schedule rather than instantly. Set a frequency that matches how much Yelp matters to your trade — daily is plenty for most businesses.
