Update Who To Call
Who To Call is managed on its own page and is linked to a person, not a role. This explains how to update the list and why role changes don’t update it automatically.

Overview
Who To Call is configured per organisation and is linked directly to a person, not to a role or position. Changes to user roles will not update the Who To Call list automatically. You can list internal team members or external contacts.
Update the Who To Call list
- In Gorilla Dash, open your organisation.
- Go to Applications > Organisation Chart > Who To Call.
- Add or remove the people you want shown in Who To Call.
After a role change
If a role has changed but the Who To Call tab didn’t update, select the correct person on the Who To Call page.
