Giving someone access to one tribe
The rule that catches everybody: an organisation role opens every tribe, not just the one you meant.

The three kinds of access
| Kind | What it gives | Use it for |

| Organisation role | The whole network, every tribe | Head office, owners, network marketing |
| Tribe administrator | One tribe, with permissions you choose | A branch manager or franchisee |
| Team member | A record in the Organisation Chart, optionally with a limited login | Staff who need their profile or CRM but not administration |
Somebody can hold more than one. A person can administer three tribes and be a team member at a fourth. What they cannot have is an organisation role scoped to a subset.
Choosing correctly
- Runs one branch → tribe administrator on that tribe. No organisation role.
- Runs several branches → tribe administrator on each of them. Still no organisation role.
- Works across the network → an organisation role.
- Needs their own profile or CRM only → a team member with access granted individually.
The Users screen
Everybody appears once on Users, whichever kind of access they have, with chips showing their organisation roles, the tribes they administer and the tribes they are a team member at. Filter with Show to see just organisation administrators, tribe administrators or team members.
The status column means different things for different people: for administrators it is whether they accepted their invitation, and for team members it is whether they have a working login yet — Not Linked, Pending or Active.
