The card display setting: leading with the company name or the person's name, and which suits your business.

CRM cards — on the lead board and elsewhere — can lead with either the company name or the contact's name. One setting, and it changes how the whole CRM reads at a glance.
Which to choose
| Lead with | Suits |

| Company name | Business-to-business selling, where the account matters more than which individual you happen to be speaking to. |
| Contact name | Consumer selling, and businesses where the relationship is with a person. |
If reps talk about accounts — "how are we doing with Henderson's?" — lead with the company. If they talk about people, lead with the person.
It is display only
Nothing is renamed, moved or reassigned. The setting only changes which name is the headline on a card, and it can be changed back at any time.
