Share media library photos with child organisations
To make photos from a parent organisation available to its child organisations, mark those photos as Shared in the parent org’s media library. Shared photos will be visible to all child orgs.

How it works
To make photos in a parent organisation’s media library available to all child organisations, mark them as Shared. Once shared, those photos appear in each child organisation’s media library.
Steps
- In the parent organisation, upload the photo to the media library or open it there.
- Set the photo to Shared.
- The photo will be available in the media libraries of all child organisations.
Troubleshooting
- If a photo isn’t appearing in a child organisation, confirm it was uploaded to the parent organisation and that it is marked Shared.
