Extra $25/month charge notice in Branded Store setup
If you see a notice about an extra $25/month charge during Branded Store setup, this is typically because a configuration deployed for new brands was applied to your brand in error.
Symptoms
- A banner or prompt shows an additional $25/month charge when creating or viewing Branded Store pages.
- The message may appear on multiple Branded Store pages within the same organisation.
Cause
A pricing/configuration flag for new brands was applied to your brand, which triggers the per-store charge message.
Resolution
- Contact Gorilla Dash Support and ask us to remove the new-brand Branded Stores per-store charge setting from your brand.
- Once corrected, the additional $25/month message will be removed.
