CRM Contacts

The contact board

The drag-and-drop board view of your leads: what the columns are, what dragging does, and when the board beats the list.

Last updated September 2, 2026

Switch between List view and Board view above the contacts list. The board shows the same contacts as cards in columns, one column per stage, so the shape of your pipeline is visible instead of implied.

Moving a lead

Drag a card into another column to move that contact to the stage. It saves as you drop it — there is nothing to confirm.

The board also has a drop area for taking someone off the active leads. Dropping a card there stops them being worked without deleting anything: the contact, their history and their company all stay exactly as they were.

When to use it

A LEAD WITH NO TRIBE CANNOT BE MOVED
If a card refuses to move and says it is not attached to a tribe, the contact belongs to the organisation and no tribe. Open it, set the tribe, and the board will move it like any other.
