Branded Store Basics
What a branded store is
An online shop you build and run for one client — their people order their branded goods, you fulfil them — and how it differs from the Network Store.

A branded store is a small online shop you build for one customer. Their staff, members or families order the branded things you make for them — uniforms, kit, signage, print — and the orders come to you.
It replaces the spreadsheet-and-email order process that most branded goods still run on: a school kit list, a company uniform order, a club shop. The client gets a proper shop; you get orders you do not have to type up.
Branded store or Network Store?
| Branded store | Network Store | |
|---|---|---|
| Who buys | Your client's people. | Your own tribes. |
| Who runs it | A tribe, for one client. | The organisation, for the network. |
| What it sells | That client's branded goods. | What head office supplies to its tribes. |
| How many | One per client — a tribe may run dozens. | One, or a few, for the whole network. |
What a store is made of
- Products — what can be ordered, with sizes, options and prices.
- Pages — the storefront: a home page and whatever else the client needs.
- Access — who is allowed in: anyone, anyone with a code, or only invited people.
- Approval — whether the client signs off orders before you make them.
- Payment and shipping — how they pay and how it reaches them.
- Orders and reports — what has been bought, and what it is worth.
The client can run their own
Store administrators from the client's side get their own portal: they see their orders, manage their own users, and approve purchases where you have asked them to. That is usually the part that sells it — the customer stops emailing you to ask what has been ordered.
