Bulk image upload: images not showing in Media Library
After a bulk image upload, the files may not appear immediately in the Media Library. Refresh the page and use the full filename to find recently uploaded images.

Images missing after a bulk upload to the Media Library
If you bulk upload multiple images to the Media Library and only see one (or none) in the list, they may not display until the page is refreshed.
What to do
- Wait for the bulk upload to finish; the upload dialog will close automatically when it completes.
- Refresh the page to populate the image list with your newly uploaded files.
- Use the full filename in search to locate uploaded images. Very short or generic filenames can be harder for search to match.
Still not seeing your images?
- Try searching by the complete, unique filename.
- If they still don’t appear after a refresh, contact support with a few example filenames and the approximate upload time so we can investigate.
