Managing Tribes

Finding tribes and exporting the list

Filters, bulk updates and the status summary export — including what it includes that you might not want.

Last updated September 2, 2026

List All shows every tribe; the entries beneath it show one tribe type at a time. Columns cover the region, advisor, state, access level, status, and each tribe's enquiry forms, calls, total leads and sales year to date.

Filtering

  • Order By — name, state or your own tribe order. Remembered for you.
  • Tribe Regions and Tribe Groups — picking a parent group includes everything beneath it.
  • Search — matches name, slug, state and suburb, plus the tribe's own reference on the All Tribes list.
  • Search team members — also looks at the people at each tribe and highlights the matches.
  • Show Deleted — brings closed tribes back into view.

Bulk changes

Tick some rows and use Update to add or remove tribe types, add or remove regions, change the status, or set the advisor across all of them at once.

A BULK STATUS CHANGE DOES NOT REFRESH EVERYTHING
Changing statuses in bulk skips the housekeeping a single save does — your website caches are not cleared and the generated tribe groups are not resynced. If a bulk change has not shown up on your site, open one of the tribes and save it to trigger the refresh.

Tribe Status Summary

A separate screen giving a fuller picture, with a column picker and an export. Choose your columns with Visible Columns, drag them into order, and press Export for a spreadsheet.

It can include administrators, campaign and tracking numbers, notification email, team members and their roles, Google Place ID, Facebook review URL, your own reference, advisor, legal company name, public phone and email, coordinates, region, address, timezone and created date. It is the quickest way to audit which tribes are missing something.

THE EXPORT INCLUDES DELETED TRIBES UNLESS YOU FILTER
With no status filter set, closed tribes are in the spreadsheet with everything else. Set Filter by Status before exporting anything you are going to share or work from.

Your column choices are saved in the browser you are using, so they do not follow you to another computer. This screen is currently available to organisation owners and Gorilla Dash administrators only.
