Field Operations Daily Work
My Day
A Business Advisor's day on one page: what is due, who you are seeing, which tribes have gone quiet and what they are waiting on.
Last updated October 13, 2026
My Day is the first page in Field Operations. It shows the work for the tribes you look after as a Business Advisor, so you can start the day from one list instead of five.
The numbers at the top
| Number | What it counts |
|---|---|
| Tribes | The active tribes you are the Business Advisor for. Select it to open the Tribes list filtered to yours. |
| Tasks due | Your open tasks due today or earlier. Overdue ones are counted underneath in red. |
| Appointments today | Visits, meetings and calls booked for you today. |
| Action items outstanding | Rows on open action items your tribes have not finished. |
| Gone quiet | Your tribes with nothing logged in the last 30 days, with the tribe or its owner. |
| Open tickets | Support tickets your tribes have raised that are not closed or resolved. |
Select any number to jump to the list behind it further down the page. The list is briefly outlined so you can see where it is.
Working through the lists
- Due today and overdue: tick a task to complete it, or use the pencil to change it.
- Today's appointments: use the three-dot menu to mark one done, reschedule it or cancel it.
- Action items waiting on your tribes: select Mark done, or open a row to see its history and add a comment.
- Tribes that have gone quiet: open the tribe and log your next call or visit.
- Open support tickets: opens the ticket in Support Tickets.
Use New task and Book an appointment at the top to add work without leaving the page.
Looking at someone else's day
Managers can choose another Business Advisor in Showing the day for. Clear it to come back to your own.
On the organisation dashboard
Business Advisors also see a Field Operations card on the organisation dashboard, above the Enquiries Graph, with the same numbers. Each number opens My Day at the matching list.
