CRM Call Lists
Merging and closing call lists
Rolling one list into another, archiving what is finished, and what happens to a lead's call history.

Campaigns end, and leftovers accumulate. Merging keeps the ones still worth calling in one place instead of spread across four half-worked lists.
Merging one list into another
Choose Merge this list and pick the list to merge into. Its leads move across, and you can archive the list afterwards in the same step so the empty shell does not linger.
Removing one lead
Taking a lead off a list keeps its calls and any booked callback — the history moves to the closed part of the list rather than being deleted. Nothing you recorded is ever lost by tidying up.
Moving or copying a lead
| Choice | What happens |
|---|---|
| Move it | The lead comes off this list, keeping its calls and any booked callback. |
| Copy it | The lead stays here, and the other list gets it as a fresh lead. |
Copy when the second campaign is genuinely a new approach. Move when the lead simply belongs somewhere else — copying leaves two reps able to ring the same person about the same thing.
When to close a list
When the outcomes have stopped changing. A list that has not moved in a month is finished, whatever is left in the queue — merge what is worth keeping and archive the rest, so the Call Lists screen shows live work only.
