Staying signed in
Why you get signed out, how to stay in longer, and when being signed out is the right thing to happen.
Last updated September 2, 2026
Gorilla Dash keeps you signed in on a device until your session ends. How long that lasts depends on whether you asked to be remembered.
Ask to be remembered
Tick the remember option when you sign in on a device that is yours. Without it, a quiet period ends the session and you are asked to sign in again — which is what people mean when they say they are "constantly being logged out".
Leave it unticked on a shared or public computer, and sign out when you finish.
Times you will always be asked again
- You signed out.
- You changed your password.
- You cleared your browser's cookies and site data.
- You are in a private or incognito window, which forgets everything when it closes.
- You are on a different browser or device — sessions do not follow you between them.
Two factor authentication on a trusted device
Skipping the code for 30 days is separate from staying signed in. With both, signing back in on your own laptop is just a password.
