Sending to your own network, what you can measure, and the one that costs money.

Internal Emails and Internal SMS send to your own team — franchisees, branch managers, advisors — using the contact lists you have built. This is network communication, not customer marketing.

Internal emails

Give it a name, a subject, a from name and address, and pick the Contact Lists. You can send a test to yourself, download it as a PDF, copy it for reuse, or copy it to a child organisation.

Send immediately or schedule it. A scheduled send can be cancelled while it is still waiting, which returns the email to draft.

Afterwards you get real analytics — Delivered, Opened, Clicked, Unsubscribed, Failed and Bounced, with a per-recipient breakdown. Use the bounced list to clean up email addresses in your People directory.

The recipient count is labelled approximate on purpose — it is an estimate until the send resolves the lists.

Internal SMS

INTERNAL TEXT MESSAGES ARE BILLED TO YOUR ORGANISATION
The form shows your rate per message segment as you type, and the counter tells you how many segments each recipient will cost. A long message to a large list adds up quickly. Test sends are real messages and are billed too.

You can personalise with variables and a fallback, in the same style as internal email. Results show Sent, Failed, Skipped and Pending — there are no opens or clicks, because text messages have none.

Why somebody was skipped

Two reasons, both shown against the recipient: they have no mobile number on their record, or their number is on the organisation's blocked list. Both are fixed in the person's record rather than in the message.

Sending is not instant

Both are picked up by a scheduler that runs every minute, so a send starts within a minute or so rather than the instant you press the button.

Check the list first

Neither can be recalled. Open the contact list and read the recipients before you send — particularly for SMS, where a wrong list costs real money as well as goodwill.
