If a Tribe Administrator invite is sent to an email address that already belongs to an existing Gorilla Dash user, the invite will use that existing account. User should sign in to that account first, update their name if needed, and then be invited

Overview
If you send a Tribe Administrator invite to an email address that is already attached to an existing Gorilla Dash user, Gorilla Dash will treat it as that existing user account.
This can cause the pending invite to show an old name, or the invite link to open an existing Gorilla Dash account instead of creating a new one.
How to fix it
Ask the user to log in with the email address that received the invite.
If they do not know the password, have them reset it.
If they cannot get past two-factor authentication, reset 2FA for that user if required.
Once logged in, have them update their name from My Account.
After the account details are updated, invite that user to the tribe again.
Why this happens
Gorilla Dash does not create a separate new user profile when the email address is already in use. It reuses the existing account tied to that email address.
