Gorilla Dash

See the whole network without asking for a report

You juggle responsibilities across the entire business and answer to the board for all of it. Gorilla Dash gives you a live, top-level view of every location — enquiries, sales, support and satisfaction — from one login.

What a franchise CEO is accountable for

The CEO of a franchise network answers for three things at once: the performance of every location, the growth of the network, and the health of the brand that holds it together. None of the three lives in one system. Sales sit in a hundred POS terminals, the development pipeline sits in a CRM the sales team runs, marketing reports clicks, and the field reports back through whoever picked up the phone.

So the CEO’s real job is often assembly: pulling those pieces into a board pack, a franchisee conference deck or an honest answer to "how are we doing". By the time the picture is assembled it is a month old, and the locations that were struggling when the numbers were pulled have had another month to struggle.

Gorilla Dash removes the assembly. Because every location’s websites, enquiries, calls, CRM, campaigns, support and sales run through one platform, the network view is the same data your teams work from, live — not a summary someone prepared for you.

Sound familiar?

Board reporting takes days

Numbers live in different tools and spreadsheets, so every board pack is a stitching exercise — and the person stitching it is usually you or your most expensive analyst.

No single view of network health

You find out about problems when they become escalations, not when they start. A location losing leads in March shows up as a royalty problem in June.

Franchise sales progress is opaque

You have to ask around to know how the development pipeline is really tracking, and every answer depends on who you asked and how their week went.

Marketing spend cannot prove itself

The national fund is defended with impressions and clicks because the sale happens in a system marketing cannot see — and the franchisee conference turns into an argument about it every year.

How Gorilla Dash helps

1

A top-level view of the health of the system

Enquiries, calls, support tickets, reviews and sales across every location on one dashboard — the same numbers your teams work from, not a summary prepared for you. Group locations by region, format or cohort once and every report follows.

Franchise reporting software
2

Real-time financial reporting and benchmarking

POS and accounting data from every location unified into revenue, costs and margins per location, region and network, with each location benchmarked against the others — without waiting for month-end exports.

Financial Reporting
3

Franchise sales progress on demand

Check the corporate CRM for development pipeline progress any time — candidates, stage, source and next step — with no status meeting required.

Franchise CRM
4

Marketing judged by revenue, not clicks

Every lead carries its source through the CRM to the sale, so the national fund and every local campaign are reported by the revenue they produced per location.

Franchise marketing software
5

Reports that arrive without being asked for

Weekly and monthly reports delivered to you, your leadership team and your franchisees automatically — the same report, on the same day, from the same data.

Internal Communications
6

One consolidated bill and full audit trail

Replace tool sprawl with one platform, one invoice priced per location with unlimited team members, and a full data and audit trail the board can rely on.

Your first quarter on Gorilla Dash

A typical rollout — every network starts with what it already has, so the order and the pace are set with you.

  1. Weeks 1–2

    Every location on one map

Locations, teams and territories set up from your existing structure; websites, phone numbers and lead sources connected as they are. You can already see enquiries and calls per location.

  2. Month 1

Sales and marketing in the same report

POS and accounting feeds connected, the corporate CRM live for the development team, and campaigns attributed to the revenue they produced. The first network report goes out on schedule.

  3. Quarter 1

    Benchmarks the network trusts

Three months of consistent data, so location benchmarks mean something and franchisees see the same numbers head office does. The board pack is a filter on a dashboard, not a project.

Frequently asked questions

Does the CEO need to log in every day to get value from it?

No. Most CEOs read the scheduled weekly and monthly reports that arrive by email, and open the dashboard when something in the report needs a closer look. The point is that the answer is there when you want it — not that you have to go looking.

Will franchisees see the same numbers I see?

Yes, for their own location. Each franchisee sees their location against the network benchmark from the same data head office uses, which is what turns the quarterly review from a judgement into a shared fact. Permissions decide what each role sees; visibility upward does not mean every franchisee sees every other.

How does it get sales data from our locations?

Through direct integrations with the POS and accounting systems the locations already run, syncing automatically. Each connection’s health is monitored, so a location whose feed has stopped is flagged before the report is wrong rather than after.

We already have a franchise development CRM. Do we have to move it?

Not on day one. Gorilla Dash integrates with Salesforce, Zoho and HubSpot, so the development pipeline can stay where it is while the network runs on the platform. Many networks consolidate later once the rest of the business is in one place, but it is a choice rather than a precondition.

What does it replace?

Typically a separate website builder, CRM, email tool, SMS tool, review tool, intranet, helpdesk, LMS and reporting layer — each bought per location or per user. The pricing page shows the like-for-like comparison per location.

How long until the board sees a difference?

Enquiries and calls per location are visible within the first fortnight, and the first scheduled network report goes out within the first month. Benchmarks need a quarter of consistent data before they are worth putting in front of the board.

Who owns the data?

You do. There is one customer database owned by the franchisor and partitioned by location, so the brand keeps the customers, history and web presence when a franchisee sells or exits, and head office can run network-wide programmes in between.
